About me
I am a former NCAA Division I athlete and professional golfer. During my time competing, I became increasingly aware of the critical role the mind plays in both performance and well-being. In 2019, I decided to pursue a career as a sport psychologist, motivated by a desire to use my experiences and knowledge to help athletes develop greater self-awareness and optimise their mindset to enhance both performance and well-being.

I have over four years of sport psychology experience working in elite sport, supporting individual athletes and teams. I have worked with Oldham Athletic Academy, UMKC Men’s Golf, St Helens Women’s Rugby League, and the Cheshire County Golf Teams (Men’s, Ladies’, and Boys’). In addition, I have worked with amateur and professional athletes across a wide range of sports and age groups.

I am a Sport and Exercise Psychologist in Training (SEPiT) on the CASES SEPAR accreditation route, working towards HCPC registration in 2026.
